Lately, we’ve had a lot of people ask about the differences between grass and grain finished beef. While both types offer a healthy and nutritious source of protein, the biggest difference to the consumer will be found in the taste.

While RVB features grain finished beef throughout the whole year, we can also provide grass finished beef upon request – but only during the summer and early fall.
